The death toll from Japan’s March 11 earthquake and tsunami has today surpassed 10,000 people, with more than 17,000 missing and a quarter of a million people displaced.
You could argue however, that the lion’s share of media coverage continues to focus on Fukushima and the nuclear crisis unfolding there.
