Well it is that time of year again, at least here in the Northern Hemisphere…Schools out for summer!!! And Teachers are taking that big breath of relaxation…I do know though that We all toss and turn a bit over what went well and what did not. We think of changing things for the next year or term…and then it starts all over again. Here lies the importance of setting up an ACTION PLAN for the changes. I find it helpful to take a quick look at what i want to change for the next year and actually write it down. There are many good Action planners around…just google it. Put “action planner PYP” to find good examples of the Primary Years IB planner… I just use a simple 5 step approach that I throw into a Table:
